"I have had Bob as my agent for my auto for many years. Last year, I added my home owners. Had someone vandalize my outer AC unit, they had my unit in within two days and everything replaced and completed within a week. Amazing! This year I've had an injury auto accident and the other party was liable. While having issues with that other company, Bob and Tami went out of their way to help me and assist me. They didn't have to, but they did, and it's been a blessing!!! Otherwise, I'd still be spinning my heels trying to figure out what needs to be done. They are ABSOLUTELY amazing! "Before moving, we consulted them to make sure our belongings were protected. They advised us to extend our homeowner's insurance even after selling the house and moving. We were victims of an unscrupulous mover and State Farm refused to cover any of our losses, stating that they only covered theft, fire and vandalism and that our situation didn't exactly fit those categories. We had been customers for decades and were shocked at the deceptive sales technique and/or lack of knowledge to advise us on protecting our belongings during the move. They refused to do anything to help and didn't even return the money for extending the homeowners' policy. Extremely disappointed in Bob and his staff."

"I have state farm for my auto, life insurance and all my other insurance needs. Bob Bitner is the best. I was injured in February 2018 I have not worked since then ,I was 100 percent disabled. I didn't know my life insurance had a disability provision included in my policy, meaning if you become disabled were you cannot work you won't get charged your monthly premium until your able to work, also State Farm sent me a check for Premiums paid from the time I was disabled. This was above and beyond, most insurance companies would hope you wouldn't realize this was part of your policy ,not Bob Bitner and State Farm he bought this to my attention and with my wife getting cancer two weeks after I became 100 percent disabled this helped us very much. "Was trying to switch from another company because I've heard great things about State Farm and this man; however, after speaking with Vernon (I believe), I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am an educated professional who had a few specific questions about rates and premiums and deductibles and was openly mocked and talked down to. His condescension was not appreciated, and while I can't deny these rates are near unbeatable, I'll be taking my auto, home, and life insurance elsewhere as a result of his attitude. If he cannot come to the phone and work with customers in a profession manner, this isn't the profession for him."
